MOTION TO ADOPT THE 2027 OPERATING BUDGET FOR PARKERS LAKE GOLF CENTER, WITH REVENUES AND EXPENSES OF $234,000 INCLUDING A BUDGETED CONTINGENCY OF $23,480.

Background:
Three Rivers Park District entered into a cooperative agreement in 2020 to operate Parkers Lake Golf Center. The specifics of the proposed operating budget are discussed in the attached 2027 recommended budget packet. An overview of the proposed budget includes revenues of $234,000 and operating expenses of $234,000 including a contingency of $23,480.
